  • Delivery + Warehouse Support

    The Delivery + Warehouse Support staff member is a key part of the distribution team, bridging our operations between the warehouse and the public. This role is responsible for leading last-mile logistics, with the occasional need to troubleshoot order delivery issues on the fly, while acting as a friendly representative of Lane County Bounty when interacting with customers. Additionally, the role provides flexible support within the warehouse, focusing on order fulfillment and maintaining a clean work environment, all under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

  • Farmers Market Staff

    Market staff will represent Lane County Bounty at the Lane County Farmers Market on Saturdays (April - ongoing) and the new Springfield Market on Sundays (May - October). As a member of the market community, staff focus on marketing and outreach while managing sales of jam, pesto, granola, and whatever fun items our kitchen team dreams up! While most weekends are required, we are able to provide time off with advanced notice. Potential for growth into different positions within the organization.
