Community harvest

Fresh local food for our community

Because food is how we care for each other. Good food connects us and belongs to everyone. Through Community Harvest, Lane County Bounty partners with local organizations, health clinics, schools, and farmers to connect neighbors with fresh, nutritious, locally grown food.

We work to address food insecurity and education in the most meaningful way we know- by sharing seasonal food and the knowledge to enjoy it. Participants receive Community Bounty Boxes filled with what’s growing now, along with simple recipes to support everyday cooking and connection to land.

Each program is designed with the community it serves, from pickup locations to delivery days to box contents, so participants can get the most out of the season’s bounty.

Let’s eat together!

    Rural Community Box Program

In collabration with Food for Lane County, Lane County Bounty distributes bi-weekly food boxes to households with children enrolled in rural Lane County headstarts. Currently, we partner with headstarts in Westridge, Pleasant Hill, Lowell, and Florence.

  • Emergency Food Box Program

In response to the pause in SNAP benefits in late 2025, Lane County Bounty launched the Emergency Food Box Program. This program provides access to fresh, nourishing food to community members facing food insecurity without the need of being enrolled in a formal program.
