We could not be more excited to be making this black garlic for all of you. If you are in a rut in the kitchen, we highly recommend bringing black garlic to the plate! This slowly fermented garlic is sweet and packs an umami bomb. We love it in aioli, marinades, rubbed onto buttered toast, in salad dressing or added to a dip.
