Tote deposit | Delivery customers

For regular customers who opt for home delivery: you can now have your orders delivered in a reusable plastic tote to avoid the use of wax boxes and paper bags! Here's how it works:
1) Add this item to your next order
2) Receive your first order in a tote and keep the tote safe in your home until your next delivery
3) By noon on the day you expect a delivery, leave the tote on your doorstep (or where you normally receive deliveries)***. We will collect that tote when we drop off your order, which will be in a newly sanitized tote.
4) If you want to discontinue using this waste-free system, email us at info@lanecountybounty.com and we will collect your last tote and refund your deposit.
*** If you forget to put the tote out for us to collect while we're delivering your next order, you'll then have 2 totes and we will deliver your orders in bags/boxes until we collect both totes from you. Then we'll go back to the totes!
